Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms explain what you can expect from LLM Decision Lab and what we expect from you. Please read them before you use the service.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
LLM Decision Lab (referred to below as the service, we, or us) is operated by [your legal entity name] and available at https://ai-choice-lab.com. These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service does
LLM Decision Lab sends a prompt you write to several third-party AI models, shows you their answers side by side, and asks an AI judge to score those answers and suggest a combined answer.
Scores, rankings, and recommendations are automated opinions about answer quality. They are not statements of fact, endorsements, or a guarantee that any answer is correct.
3. Your account
You need an account to run comparisons. Keep your password secure and your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
We want LLM Decision Lab to be useful and safe, so please do not:
- use the service for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing, or in a way that breaks the rules of the AI providers we rely on;
- submit other people's confidential or sensitive personal information without permission;
- try to bypass usage limits, resell access, scrape the service, or interfere with its security or normal operation;
- use the service to build a competing dataset of model outputs by automated means.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans (Pro, Business, and Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor, in US dollars. Current prices and features are listed on the Pricing page.
You can cancel at any time with the Manage billing button on the Pricing page, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep your plan's access until that date, and then move to the Free plan. We do not refund part of a period already billed, except where the law requires it.
If you move to a different plan, a new Stripe subscription is started for it. If a plan change leaves you with two overlapping paid subscriptions, contact us at [your support email] and we will sort it out.
If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it succeeds. We may change plan prices; if we do, we will notify you before your next renewal so you can cancel first.
6. Usage limits
Each plan includes a monthly number of comparisons and a maximum number of models per comparison, as shown on the Pricing page. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month and unused comparisons do not carry over. We may correct counts that were recorded incorrectly.
7. Your prompts and AI output
You keep ownership of the prompts and other content you submit. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the service, keep your history, and support you.
Answers come from third-party AI models, and scores come from an AI judge. They can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or biased, and they may reproduce copyrighted material. Your use of model output is also subject to the terms of the model providers, whose policies govern how they handle the data they receive.
We do not use your prompts to train our own models.
8. No professional advice
LLM Decision Lab compares AI answers. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and a comparison report should not be treated as a substitute for it. Always consult a qualified professional and verify important information. The disclaimer shown with each comparison forms part of these terms.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on third parties including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, and Stripe. Their availability, model versions, pricing, and terms are outside our control, and an outage, model change, or policy change on their side can affect or interrupt your results. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep the service running, but we provide it as is and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided by email at [your support email].
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses that follow from decisions you made based on AI output or a comparison report.
Some places do not allow certain limits of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Ending your access
You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your plan from Manage billing. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue a paid plan that you have already paid for, we refund the unused part of that period.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The last updated date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
